Use of Google API Scopes

CubexSoft Tools use the following scopes to move user data from one location to another.

We offer 'Do It Yourself' software. On our server or PC, our programs do not keep, share, or publish any data obtained using the Google API and OAuth2.0. Our programs allow users to manage their data.

Google API Services Disclosure of Use

Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use criteria, will be followed in CubexSoft Backup's use of and transfer of information to any other app.

How does the program access user data from Google?

• Acquiring the Gmail access token initially.
• Replacing the client's Gmail password with this parameter and granting access.
• Reading the existence of the folder.
• If the folder does not already exist, creating it according to the source mailbox.
• Transferring user folder data to each individual Gmail folder.
• Composing Gmail messages from their mbox files and saving them in their Gmail folders.
• The number of transferred folders in Gmail was last checked.

Google User Data Retention & Deletion Policy

CubexSoft's programs are designed to run directly on the user's computer. We do not collect or store Google user data on our servers as part of the migration process.

Source Gmail Account

The application uses the required Google APIs to read data from the source Gmail account. It does not modify or delete the original emails, folders, labels, or other Google user data in the source account.

Destination Gmail Account

The application uses the required API permissions to write migrated data to the destination Gmail account. It does not modify or delete existing data in the destination account. Existing emails and other Google user data remain unchanged.
