CubexSoft NSF Export : Know How it Works!

Step-by-Step guide for CubexSoft NSF Export Software. You can Convert, Upload & Transfer Lotus Notes Mailboxes to Outlook, Office 365, Exchange Server.

STEP 1

Launch CubexSoft NSF Export Software from start menu or by double clicking the Shortcut icon of NSF Export from Desktop.

After launching, software will check the basic prerequisites and will display a Lotus Notes version installed in the machine as shown below , Click on OK-

Notes - Lotus Notes Installation is MANDATORY to carry out Lotus Notes to Office 365 Migration

STEP 2

The first screen of the CubexSoft NSF Export will be launched as shown below -

Click on "Add File" button on the tool-bar to add Lotus Notes Database file (NSF file)

Software will then display a Source File Selection box with multiple option to add the NSF File for conversion as shown below -

Choose between Export Single File/Export Multiple File option and then use the appropriate button like Browse or Search to load Lotus Notes NSF files for migration.

After adding NSF Files, click on Ok option to continue.

STEP 4

CubexSoft NSF Export will then start a advanced scan and will start loading almost every mailbox item from the selected NSF file(s) for Preview as shown below -

After recursive scanning of NSF File , software will provide an advanced preview of Lotus Notes NSF Files -

In the smart preview, you can check Email Preview. If you click on the desired folder, all its file list will show quickly on the right software pane. Just select the email, which you want to view and all its data will display in the Preview section.

STEP 6

Go to Export button to start the Lotus Notes Conversion after previewing the NSF file.

Now, click on the Export button, software will display a following box.

CubexSoft NSF Export supports to export Lotus Notes NSF files to various file formats — Outlook, PDF, EML, MSG, MBOX files as well as to various cloud based email apps — Office 365, Exchange Server, Outlook.com, Gmail, G Suite

From the Export Box ,

If you select export type as file formats like PST, PDF, EML,EMLx, MSG, MBOX, HTML, RTF, MHT, XPS, Doc, VCF, ICS, you will be asked to select destination path to save the output of the file and then Click Ok button to proceed with conversion as shown below -

For Cloud Based apps migration type - Office 365, Exchange Server, Outlook.com, Gmail, G Suite, just click Next to proceed.

So select the folders you want to migrate, exclude the folders you don't want to migrate and then choose the desired saving option from the list and Click "Next" button.

STEP 8

CubexSoft NSF Export software provides users with multiple advanced options for customizing the final output according to user's choice.

After clicking the Next button, software will display a box with multiple options according to selection of Export Type or saving formats and will display box something like -

Advanced options for saving the final output varies with every saving format provided in the software. The advanced options that are available with the software are as following -

STEP 9

The software will then start the actual process of Lotus Notes Migration as per users selection and will display the progress status as shown below -

The software provides detailed view of progress status that includes Full path of the selected NSF, no. of items getting converted, time taken for each NSF file.

Once the whole conversion is finished, a pop-up window will appear showing the message like Conversion is Done. Then, press on the OK button to accomplish the process

STEP 10

Save the complete Lotus Notes Migration Report - After the conversion, the software will highlight two options - OK and View Log.

By clicking on View Log, you can save the complete conversion report of Lotus Notes NSF file in TXT format. The software will successfully create TXT file including complete migration details of NSF Files on your local system. So, you can view TXT Report in Notepad.
