Migrate Multiple MDaemon Users to Office 365 Admin Account

Follow Complete Tutorial for using Mailbox Mapping feature

And Import MDaemon Users in Batch to Microsoft 365 Admin Account

STEP 1

Launch MDaemon Export Tool for using Mailbox Mapping feature to import multiple MDaemon user to Office 365 admin account.

STEP 2

Choose I am Converting Multiple Users option and click on Select Folder button.

STEP 3

Now, go to the folder location where MDaemon users are saved

Once you have selected MDaemon users, verify its store location and click on Next.

STEP 5

Now, cross-check the list of users of the specified domain. Select required users or all of them and hit Next button.

STEP 6

Choose Office 365 from Select Saving Option menu.

STEP 7

Provide Office 365 Email ID and Select I am Admin option. Also, set other options accordingly such as Item Filters, Copy to Default Folder etc.

Now, Go to Advance Filters option for selective migration.

STEP 9

Now, Click Connect button to proceed.

The tool will start connecting to provided account as shown:

A new Microsoft Sign-in window will appear. Provide the credentials of Office 365 account on the same:

Now Click on Browse button to import CSV file.

Quick Note. Add Multiple MDaemon users to CSV file at once.

If you have multiple users and you want to avoid adding them manually, then follow the steps and add unlimited users to your CSV file at Once:

Go to folder location where multiple MDaemon users are saved:
Now, Select the entire list of users to migrate using Ctrl + A, and then press Shift + Right-Click together. After this, a pop-up will appear. Select “Copy as Path” from the same.
Go to Excel, press Ctrl + V right away to paste the selected users and they will appear as:
After this, mention the Office 365 admin user’s accounts in front of the listed users, to map and migrate them accordingly.

STEP 13

Go to the location where CSV file is saved and click on it and hit Open button.

Important : Make sure that the CSV file is not with use in any other application.

STEP 14

Click Import CSV button to import all MDaemon users on the software for migration.

STEP 15

Now, the tool will go through the list of imported CSV users and start the extraction process.

STEP 16

All users are now successfully added in the Mapping list. Click OK and then Export button to start the migration process.

STEP 17

MDaemon users’ mailboxes are now migrating to Office 365.

STEP 18

Migration Process Completed Successfully.

STEP 19

Clicking on OK button will generate a log report in TXT file which will show the export details such as Saving Type, Path and Items Converted.
