Working Steps for Knowing How to Convert OneNote Files to Other File Format Which You Want

STEP 1

First download CubexSoft OneNote Converter Tool and Launch it on your Windows System. Once, it gets downloaded, the screenshot will be shown as:

Choose "Add Files" to load multiple/selective OneNote files or "Add Folders" to add the entire Folder of OneNote files

STEP 3

The software will display the list of added OneNote, as shown below

You can even delete any unnecessary OneNote file using Remove File(s) button. Or you can even delete all OneNote files and clear the software screen using Remove All button.

STEP 5

After verifying all the OneNote files, click on the Next button to proceed further.

STEP 6

Once you finished selection of OneNote files, Click on Next button. Here you have to select required output option to convert OneNote files into multiple file formats like XLS, PDF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, JPEG, HTML, DOC, DOCx, etc.

STEP 7

Opt for create separate files for each page option accordingly.

STEP 8

Choose the saving path for saving output data. (By default, it is set as Desktop.)

STEP 9

Click on the Export button to start to export OneNote files to selected format.

STEP 10

After the processing, the software generates a log conversion progressive report. Check it.
