Steps to Backup Emails from 30+ Webmail Sources on Mac OS

Download and open Email Backup Software for Mac and select required webmail source from which you want to take email backup.

Enter login details in required fields of a selected email account and click Login button.

Tool will connect to specified account and list all its associated items on the software pane with checkboxes.

Choose the saving type in which you want to backup your important emails. You will get the following options - PST, PDF, EML, MHT, DOC, MBOX, CSV, ICS, EMLx, IMAP Server, Exchange Server etc.

Verify the entire email backup procedure through Email Backup Report as shown -

Tool will perform the backup of all emails into required saving option in few seconds. Once, the process is finished, it will show pop-up on your screen displaying "Conversion Completed" message. Click on OK to exit.

Now, the software will open the auto-generate log report which can be saved for future use, if needed. It will display the email backup information such as start/end time, saving option, total count etc.
