To import .pst file in Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, follow the steps given below:
Open MS Outlook (2010, 2013, 2016) on the system and click on File
Click the option: Open & Export and Select Import/Export
Step3 : Select Import from another program option
Now choose Import from another program or file and click Next
Step 4 : Select Outlook Data File option
Now select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next
Browse the location where backup PST files are stored, select it and click Next
Step 6 : Select desired user account to import PST file
Here you will get two options where you want to import PST files.
- Import items into the current folder. The PST file will be imported into the current folder
- Import items into the same folder in. Here a list of configured user accounts will appear. Select the user account into which you want to import PST file
Step 7 : PST import process will begin
The PST import process will begin. Click finish on completion.
